Neighbours Guttering Damaging My House

I have been trying to get them to reapir their gutter since march.

Neighbours guttering damaging my house. My neighbours guttering is leaking onto my house in fact it s attached to my house. If i had a long enough ladder i would just fix it but i dont. I now have significant damp coming through into my bedroom exactly below the join in the gutter. The constant leak has made the render on the front of my blister and bubble and some bad weather we had a few weeks ago completely took the render off there is damp in my lobby and i can t repair the render untill the guttering is fixed.

If it was damaging inside the house i. On my terraced house my neighbour s gutter feeds into mine and down the downpipe on my property. I mentioned it everytime i saw them and eventually they got it sorted. His house is in a very poor sttae of repair and i don t want mine to go the same way.
